Worse AC, loud sound and no cooling. Customer service is even worse. I have made several complaints, but no action taken yet. I wanted to give ZERO rating but I have to choose the minimum one from options given. I have called customer service center and they have given me 2 numbers for Hyd direct service center. However, they will not answer you calls, doesn’t matter how many times you call them.
Guys! don’t buy LG AC(s). Save your money and time!
