LG 1 ton split AC have problem of swing not working since first day, that is terrible that without having product tested LG is delivering it. Secondly, I logged complaint with customer care. Stupid thing is that customer care have no access to what is happening with actual repair work. LG has given contract to local servicing guys, which employs new comers and send no response to LG back.
In Pune, LG have given contract of servicing and repair to Balaji Servicing and they have no accountability for repair work. People who come to home are less experienced and no one is held responsible for any wrong doings. LG customer care keeps no record of what is happening and it becomes annoying and frustrating for customer as to whose doors to knock LG or servicing walas?
The installation charges Rs. 2300/- are taken by servicing guys and lots of mistakes were done by him, he broke my shower and did big holes in wall and now no one is taking responsibility of the work. LG customer care is raising his hand and servicing guys are as usual not helping.
I would only suggest not to purchase LG ACs or rather any product.
