One week back I purchased LG LSA3NP5A L-Nova Plus Split AC which turned out to be faulty.
I purchased this AC from Amazon India. It so much frustrating that after having spent hard earned money I have to through all these things. Amazon customer service is pathetic, I have to keep on calling for 10 to 15 times in order to get my voice heard and they simply day can we put your call on hold and then hung up.
Next day after delivery LG representative came for installation, I was very happy with my new AC, but my happiness remained short-lived due to this faulty piece. LG representative took almost 4 hours to install it and in the end, said the AC seems to output to AC isn’t working.
I want my hard earned money back and full refund. I didn’t pay the amount for the faulty piece. I will never purchase electronic items oblige going forward.
