I have bought an 1.5 Ton Spllit AC from LG @ Rathna Fan House, T.Nagar, Chennai.
· AC has been installed on 29th April 2010.
· It worked fine for 1 week
· After 1 week the AC stopped working. Only the fan was working and there is NO Coooling Effect
· After that till date it is not working
· On 13th April 2010 I received a customer Satisfaction call from LG for the quality of service provided and AC installation. I told them that I am NOT Satisfied
· I had called the customer care and registered the same. And the case ID I got was C1051323818
· Till date I had been following up this case for a 5 days and the case hasn’t been solved.
· On 14th May 2010, after an call to customer care for an escalation, I got a service person visited home and said installation is not proper and the GAS in the AC is fullt leaked.
· He added that he doesn’t have provisions to fill it up and another person would come by 15th May and fill it up.
· On 15th May waited until 3 PM, hoping somebody would turn up. But nobody did, so made another call to Customer care and explained the situation. The solution I got was they “Sorry for the inconvenience, Case would be escalated and would solve it within 24 hrs. They also gave me a local Chennai no. to contact”
· Called the no. 044-22263454 for 5 times, full ring went but nobody picked up.
· Called back the Customer Care and then they said if they are not picking, call the area sales manager no. Mr.Srinivas – 9962550061.
· Called Mr.Srinivas, several times, but he refused to pick it up.
· Call the customer care again, they said “Sorry for the inconvenience. I have escalated the case and we will solve it soon.”.
· I am waiting for the 7th day, still hoping the case would be solved as per LG’s convenience.
