I am using this Air conditioner since last 4 years and I can say service is good.
I have not noticed any problem with this AC however service is required on time to time to basis. I have opted for AMC and they are providing 3 free service each year which is good enough and also if there is any complaint they are taking care of that.
However some time they are taking little much time but that is okey. My overall experience is good with this product. Thank you.:)
