We bought this a/c and we have subscribed to their AMC. They promise prompt service and replacement of parts.Their service is very poor during AMC. They do not care to respond to calls. They do not replace any parts during AMC. They do not even carry out any service inspections etc that they promise. AMC is more bad money after good money. Want comfort forget LG and buy another Air conditioner additionally.
The service engineer is scared to replace parts as they are instructed not to recommend replacement during AMC. If the product is not under AMC, replacement is instantaneous. AMC is more for the service agency to make money not for supporting the customer.
Well this appears same as Hyundai where again service is for agencies to earn not for customer comfort
