I purchased an LG microwave Oven from Reliance Mart at Aundh in Pune on the 24th March 2012.
The model number is MC-7880PSR.
The LG technician was supposed to come and do the installation and Demo of the Microwave Oven the very next day. However, till date, after repeated follow up with the Reliance Mart personal no one has showed up to do the installation and demo. And today when I called up Reliance Mart for another round of follow up the person said that as per their record a technician had already visited and done the installation at my place. Please look into this ASAP. This is highly frustrating and unethical work culture where false reports of work done are being filed in your organization.
