This is one of the product every one shoud have in their kitchens as it is very usefull now a days.i bought this LG microwave for my home 6months before and believe me this is still working like its new. I am very happy to have this and would suggest every bachelor to buy this product. though I wil give it a 3 star. I have heard about the company that their service is not good. buf I have not experience yet so wil not rate anything for it. thanks
