Hello, I have bought LG Nexus 4 16GB from Kensha Mobiles, JM Road Pune on 27 May 2013. yesteday (30.05.13) I found out the camera is not working so I checked with LG telephone customer care, the executive Sushant suggested me to restore factory backup, When I restored factory backup, the problem got worse, there was no camera icon at all.
Today I went to LG Service center in Chinchawad Pune. The center started at 9 am but the engineer arrived at 10.30 am. I have waited for 1 & half hour, when finally engineer arrived, he checked the phone for half an hour but couldnt resolve the problem, he was calling Mr. Raina in Delhi about the problem but Mr. Raina didnt pick up the phone, he also checked with Mr Sundaram. But nobody could answer him to solution so he kept the mobile and told me that he will inform me a positive solution till 4pm today(31.05.13).
When I called at 4, they told me to contact Mr. Sundaram for Replacement of the mobile, I have tried Mr. Sundaram 2-3 times but he was busy, when finally he picked up the he again told me that Mr. Raina in is not picking up the phone and he will update me at 5 pm. But no one is telling about the solution of problem. And I will now ask no other solution than replacement of phone.
Please let me know the highest authority to contact for getting the Phone replacement.
The worst part about about LG website is , it doesn’t show the product Nexus E960.
