I have been using this phone for almost 2.5 yrs now and I tell you guys Im highly satisfied with the product. Its the first time that Google has created a beast of a phone. It looks pretty, has a sharp display, fairly good audio and has a very rich feel.
Pros: -
> Processor. Its beast. Its powerful enough to play any game and itll play it with ease. Plays 1080p web-dl hevc format like anything.
> RAM - 2GB of RAM that never lets your phone to hang or freeze. Open multiple applications at once and still the phone will work smoothly.
> Smoothest Android phone so far in budget. Even today after more than 2 years of its launch the phone still gives the smoothest Android experience so trust me youll enjoy using it.
> Storage - I have a 32gb version which gives me 26gb of personal storage space which is ample.
> Full HD 1080p 5 screen with gorilla glass which gives very sharp and crisp images and a sturdy screen that doesnt break that easily and is also scratch resistant.
> Spill proof. Sealed back cover provides spill proofing.
> Camera - has 8MP rear camera which works pretty fine in good lighting condition and fairly good in low lighting condition. I dont use flash as it messes with natural colors.
> Purely Google experience. No bloatwares are there on the device and gives you the best Android experience.
> Early updates - device comes with KitKat installed which can be updated to marshmallow( personal advice dont update it to it, lollipop is best, marshmallow has many problems which might hinder your perfect Android experience)
Cons: -
> Battery - 2300mah. Gives about 6-8 hrs on average usage though Ive burned it in just 2.5 hrs with wifi and asphalt 8 on bluetooth speakers and downloading in background: p
> Heating - with a giant processor, heating is bound to come but its not like you can cook chapati on it. Bearable heat
> Front camera - its the only thing that I dont like about this phone. 1.3MP Camera is very minimum and picture quality is not so great looking at the selfie trend going on these days. Though for video calling it works pretty fine.
In short since after purchasing this phone, my computer usage has been reduced considerably considering I can connect my 1 TB dell HDD with the phone( yes lollipop has OTG support, another reason to not to upgrade to marshmallow which has an OTG support but it changes the devices format) .
If you are planning on purchasing this product then I would say dont hesitate and rethink, its the best in this price range that youll get. I got it for 34K but now the prices have dropped very much.
This phone is still compared to the latest flagship phones of other brand thus proving the standard this phone has set.
