Bought this phone 2 days back.
Touch Screen : Very good and smooth transitionDisplay : Superb with 320x480 resolution and 3.2" screenLooks : Not so gr8 for a 13k phone. It could have been better.Phone calls : Great and photocall option if you store the contact on SD.
Battery is OK. I have been playing continuously with the phone since yesterday and had to charge twice so far.
FM Radio’s reception very good in open areas and not gr8 when I compare it with my previous Sony walkman phone.Speaker phone is good with adjustable volume although music sounded awful in speaker but it was loud enough for a big room. Music sounds great from earphone though.
Google applications are bundled in. Gtalk is good but somehow the chat appears in the same previous line (from other person) after your reply. Youtube is great but some how throws lot of authentication windows when you try to login. Google map is available but navigation is not available for my area (Bangalore).
GPS Works fine. Voice navigation application NDrive application bundled with phone is not user friendly , I am looking for alternatives in android market now. Could not configure xmpp chat so far with the chat applications downloaded so far.
Total seven home screens and I am yet to find out a way to edit the home screens so that I can put my favorite applications in categories. There are so many unwanted applications by LG like "infant vaccine tracker" and found out that bundled applications cannot be deleted. You can delete only the downloaded applications.
Overall good experience with Android 2.2 but I am not sure of how 2.1 is? Probably 2.1 is a stable version for mobile phones with similar hardwares. I feel 2.2 should have been tested more for google applications. And probably its an issue with all Android versions that applications even if you close keep running in the background and hence consuming memory. I have now installed "Advance task killer" from android market and things are OK since then.
Overall a good phone in this budget and I’ll recommend it to everyone.
