I bought a LG phone C660 from Univercell a few months back, the people out there didn’t have the time to explain its features to me I went to Univercell showroom Annanagar 3 times and gave up. finally I called LG toll free number after many attempts they contacted me and asked me to approach their service centre at Kilpauk.
When I went out there I was surprised to see the outlet...it was next to a TASMAC bar and the place was reeking with alcohol and vomit smell...The LG customer guy tells me that I have to bring a bill to prove that I bought my cell phone [ he was not keen in talking to me and busy talking on his mobile] I have not gone back .I tried downloading some apps from the LG site and receive a constant message saying that there is some problem with my set.
I am now planning to throw this set and buy my old faithful brand Nokia. meanwhile I am spreading the news about LG and its awful service and products. By the way, if any one wants this handset, please free to ask.
