Looks are good and loaded with features. However many of the features does not match with the service provider hence useless ( like R connect etc). Hands Free can not be used ( same was confirmed by LG service center).
Camera resolution is very poor.
the quality of ear piece and mouth peace is very poor. It is difficult to understand what person from other side is speaking. Total useless in case you wish to use it for communicating to someone.
After one year( as soon as warranty finished) the phone really went bad. Guess what, all the pending problem which I had was to be serviced on payment now. LG’s after sales service is also poor.
Overall it is total useless phone. One can buy if wants to keep it a decoration piece in living room. It does not even live up to the standard set by earlier RD2030( black and White).
