Obiviously rewriting the review
Well, Its been 15 or days I bought 6230. Per say the cell phone behaves the way Rim says so. The MP3 Quality is Radioed from its speakers but thro the Earphones its quite appreciable. I have the Serial cable with exceedingly slow transfer speed.
So, if you want to transfer the songs make sure to bring down the quality to 48KBPS
and 22, 000 odd MHz. Otherwise more than 1.5Mb songs take hell of a time to upload.
as for the Sms box, its doomed. We cant help it.
The ringtones can be MP3, thats one positive sign.
And when synchronizing with Serial cord, make sure that the data transfer rates for the Serial cable and the phone are the same.
Otherwise it will keep repeating ’’Synchronization Failed’’. I tried for about 3 Hrs like a fool, until I grasped its imporatnce.
Apart from Mp3 and all, the Camera is cool, if u exclusively flash it outdoor and in a broad daylight.
Camera is cool alright, but each movie has the Enigmatic *.MJP extansion, so it cant be played in the normal Windows Media Player. I have searched hard for the codecs but in vain.
Make sure to recharge your battery before Syn and also u must have better range otherwise its all Bad cause again it will show ’’Synchronization Failed’’.
and in the End I like to say, Its a nice cell, but make sure u buy it before the offer of 2000Rs talktime and 2000 Local msges ends. Cause unless u get the cell with those, the cell wont be worth,
Otherwise go and purchase any Damn NOKIA or Moto cell, it will be worth...:)
