This product is too good according to style and performance but it required some additional features that can support all software like video players.
Better I suggest LG to use because of its technical features and quick accessable with memory card option & to use some concept used by SPICE and SAMSUNG that is DUAL SIM option which will all most supports and gets good response from the customer.
I think this is the better way to communicate about the customer requirements and to get better to their value for the product and as well as to the money.
Please provide some exchange offers so that we can go for better mobiles of the same product with improved version.
BlueTooth connectivity with PC is not possible ( only data can be sent but it cannot be recieved) as we have in samsung, nokia.
Please plan for some accesories like Scratch proof display or some crystal panels so that damages can be avoided and as it is like a mirror surface it looks very hard.
Message tones cannot be changed nor its volume can be controlled as we do in other mobiles.
There is no Profile editor, so that we can set our own profile as in other mobiles.
Video songs & some images cannot be downloaded.
Images will appear in small sizes and which will be not actual in the other mobiles.
