If you need all features in your phone for reasonable price you can go for LG RD 6600
this is fairly recent model of CDMA handset available with Reliance

I Purchased this handset for Rs 6600
So far I have found the features of the phone convincing although not amazing
Camera 1.3 Mpixes is OK but when you upload this to your PC you will find that Image quality appears blurred( in phone it looks very nice)
I have to state some limitations in this handset too
I could never charge this phone battery to fullest
Even If I charge it for over 12 hrs charging Progress bar never stops and keeps on moving.
Does anyone have similar issues?
2) The Image Format of only specific resolutions are accepted by phone( like 640*480)
either by blue tooth or by Data cable
3)only MP4 format of videos can be played not 3gp
I cannot get any mp4 videos directly?
So you will need to google for softwares that convert from 3gp or any other format to mp4 format
4) Many times when You send files from other phone, it goes in a loop saying "Receiving files "
5)In a bright sunshine you cannot view the Screen even when you set brightness to max in display settings
6) Datacable is a USB datacable but your PC does not detect USB port directly
For me I had to reinstall this Software PC sync( downloaded from lgmobiles.com)
(no.it was not a part of CD)
Still many times it fails to connect to USB port and several times you need to unplug and replug that cable
