Hi friends,
This is the first time I am writing a review on MS. I was very impressed of this cool portal. I took a lot of help from it. I extend a heartful thanks to whoever hosted it. Such sites are very helpful in your purchasing decisions, any negative shades or just satisfying your research quest.
Coming to the topic of this Reliance phone. I was very impressed of the size and the looks of the phone when the agents made beeline to sell connections a year ago. Due to my first experience of any cell phone I liked it.
But this liking turned to hatred very shortly (even with the service provider ofcourse..). I found a lot of cons while comparing with many other GSM phones. Let me list the cons...
1) It has a poor battery standby. Dont charge it everyday. The phone is of no use.
2) The SMS supports T9. But you cannnot send many sms at a time to many even though the service is free for Pioneer Scheme. (You get frustrated to do a cool 3 steps for sending to every person). From this point I recognised the importance of user friendly software to a cell phone.
3) It is a frying pan while talking (especially for long hours). I think we cannot concentrate on what we are talking at times.
4) R World feature in the phone does not come to your help after you have exhausted your excitement to it.
5) Even if you have to check the missed calls you cannot access them with a single key. You have to go all the way to Menu->Call History->Missed calls. Shows the inexperiece of the Company in wireless segment.
This goes on... But these are the key issues which everybody would agree with me after handling it.
A small advice to future subscribers of Reliance is after encountering hardship with the service you will also repent with the phone and blame the looks for all this misery
