I purchased a LG Refrigerator GLN292DDSY in the month of May 2020 and after two months the fridge started over cooling and all the vegetables and fruits got rotten due to frozen and we booked a complaints with LG services and they took 40 days and almost 7 times the technician visited in the Covid19 pandemic situation and every time we have to sanitize .I don’t understand why a newly manufactured lg product go wrong with in a couple of month so imagine how this refrigerator will work in future and the service provider from lg co is the incompetent person and they don’t have skilled professionals to attend the problem. It is our fate to buy a useless lg product and to deal with worst services from lg co.we wasted rs20500 buying this useless product from lg co . beware of lg products.
