Purchased a smart 3D TV for about 75000/- in 2014 42LA6200 with all the assurance that the software will get updated regularly... However now there is no more 3Dapps and I want to watch amazon prime but can’t use It coz I can’t download the app as they say it’s available for only TV made after 2016...it appears they want us to keep changing our TV like a phone... Service is very pathetic coz they have no answers as to why software updates are not being done... This is down right cheating of the customer... In short... Never ever buy an LG product or be prepare to be duped
