Inferior Products & Expensive Maintenance

I purchased LG Win A/C in 2021, within 4 yrs A/Cs motor is bad on its own, now I have to pay INR 7000 for an inferior motor, LG should replace an inferior part like this under warranty and not charge loyal customers. Earlier I had to replace my LG Oven with a Samsung one due to an inferior motor. Motor failure seems to be a pattern with LG products for which I have to pay heavily for the second time. LG is no longer a reliable company and your products are getting extremely expensive to maintain. Your QC is failing and customers are suffering!
