I purchased an LG Refrigerator in Oct 2020 and after three months of usage, its compressor failed and the board needed to be changed. I forwarded my complaint to LG customer care. No reference number was received by me for nine days. One of their technicians came after two days and changed the board. Following up on compressor issues looks like that they dont have properly trained technicians and are very irresponsible who dont pick up the calls most of the time. Im sure that they have not undergone basic training in customer response. Both the technicians started quarreling holding me on the call as they did not assign and communicate the service issues with each other. Till now my issue has not been resolved.
