I bought an LG Nano cell 55 inches smart TV in Feb 2023. Within 2 months the power in the TV automatically turning off though Switch is on. I complained to customer care they inspected and said it is due to power fluctuations and suggested to put a stabilizer. I did the same but again the problem araised and even after 2nd complaint they informed it is electricity problem. I asked them to bring their electrician and fix the problem as in the past I called electrician multiple times and they said problem is there in the TV only not in electricity as all other electronic items are working fine. These people didnt brought electrician and changed the mother board. Even then the problem was not resolved and even now we lost some smart features in the TV. I complained them again and asked for replacement as it is in warranty. Infact I have taken the extended warranty as well. No resolution till date. Really so frustrating with this kind of service
