Purchase Experience:
I purchased this Refrigerator From Girias Bangalore, I can say I selected this one due to the Brand and the Look and to check the EverCool feature, I can say my purchase experience was not that much good because When the store deliver the product me it was night and next day when checked the product their was a dent in the door and I think that is the problem of the store not by the Manufacture but after 3 Days Girias replaced the Refrigerator with new one, but I think as a Renowned brand LG should have made some rules for the Stores like How to take care of the products.
Space:
The product has good space inside, as of extra their is Lemon/egg Tray, one Cosmetic Box, two Ice trays and one extra box which is covered the Deep Freezer and written Evercool on it, which I think is a Patented product by LG for which they claim that after power cut also the refrigerator will be cool for 8 hours and that is the main thing for me to purchase this refrigerator.
What is evercool and is it really helpful:
I was able to check that feature just before 15 days when their was a storm and their was a power failure for 18 hours, I can say it was working perfectly but not for 8 hours, but with low usage it was cool up to 5-6 hours so I don’t think that is big future for Big Cities where this type of power cut is rare but can help in some Scenario and may help in small cities.
Pricing and is it a good choice:
This is my only problem, that the Price is too much, for this price you can get other Refrigerators with same or more facilities then this refrigerators, so if you are thinking about purchasing this Refrigerator only for the Evercool technology then don’t go for it but If you want good service and quality then I think you can go for this one.
Service:
Till now I didn’t required any service for this product so I can’t say about it but from my previous experience I can say LG service is good.
