I have purchased a new LG fridge on 25-6-2015 from Nandilath Calicut vide bill number CLT 3011. It was delivered by Nandilath itself on 27-6-2015 in their vehicle.
The fridge is not working on 28-7-2015 and we have filed a complaint vide reference cited above. Service engineer came on 28-6 2015 and told that the gas leaked out.
This a new fridge(just one month) and we have purchased LG because Nandilath told that LG is the best product. How this could happen to LG? I need replacement. But They told that they will inform in 15 days. On August 5, 2015, LG told that they will supply a new one in 2 days.
