I have purchased LG smart tv the cost of 55K with ready cash at vasanth & co direct showroom, really the total money was wasted . after few days tv screen is not clear then raised the complaint to LG customer care, once the LG Tv technician visited to our home and checked the tv . then he said, it’s a failure model TV so that you want change the lens, which is cost of 7K . simply they are cheating with warranty terms and conditions so that I am requesting to everyone don’t buy LG products .
