Horrible after sales. Their 3 Rd party doesn’t know the product. At my place they installed it on panel and when it started leaking they say that the panel should be folding. Never attend to messages and phone calls. have standard answers. But very clear about charges...that’s all what they talk about.
My reco: never ever look at LG products due to service. The company lost its sheen. For last 20 years i was using LG. but now ... ENOUGH!
