Lack of service

I called up at LG customer care for service support, they are busy to find sold model in there system for more than month.after 4 times take an appointment for visit by an engineer but they don’t have time to visit n identify the model sold by them only.because I need to replace compressor of out door unit .again after so many fake commitments once an engineer get time to come down and search model which I purchased from LG india.now months away nobody get respected part in this world.how can I recommend to others the LG service .even in my family all consumer appliances from LG only.
