Fake Commitment By Retailer

I bought LG 1.5 Ton 5 stars AC & cost was INR 34000/-. I was told by the retailer that LG is providing 2 free services(One is Dry & Other is Wet) in the first year of buying AC. I was convinced & bought the same. When I called up at LG’s call center to know the status of service because I wanted to get the AC serviced, the call center executive asked me that LG provides only one service in the first year of buying service & that depends on customer, whether the customer want dry service or wet service of AC. I asked him the words told by the retailer, Then the executive said, Retailer might not have the information about this. Then I took the one free service from LG.


I experienced at that time before buying anything, get the whole details of the product.
