With a strong dominance of split air conditioner over window air conditioner, people have become more inclined to buy split AC’s rather than window AC because of many reasoon. In case of Split AC’s, it just requires a small hole in wall, which hides behind air conditioning unit and AC looks better on wall.
It require less space and does great cooling.
My neighbour bought this split AC from a LG dealer, but the dealer fooled him by giving this product at 3000 rupees extra, as later when he saw its price on some online shopping sites it was about 3000 rupees lower than the price he was offered. Also he complains a lot because of poor service by LG. Also within a year, one of the parts of the AC needed to be replaced which coated him around 5000 rupees.
He is a very good friend of mine and recommends not to buy LG products because of worst service and customer support as well as high price of spare parts.
