It’s exactly 2 yrs since I have purchased this Product, initially the problem started with the cooling not beingeffective, later had to go through all the services then and there with other service providers and spending so much of money. Recently I have approached LG staffs to have the issue sorted, 2 members visited my premises and told like they need to take the unit and wash the gel that has formed, later other 2 staffs visited and mentioned to have it washed without taking the unit. It’s very disappointing that the issue is still not sorted and it’s been more than a week, LG staffs are really not worth as they don’t keep their words to visit and finish off the work. They just attend the call and mention we will come, but no action yet.
Added on 31th July 2023: The Staff from LG visited my premises today and stated it will cost 8-9k and more than that for fixing the issue. While checking to let us know what is the exact issue, he said he don’t know that needs to be checked after they take the product to the workshop. What a pathetic experience, the LG customer care does not even care about the resolution and the allotted so called engineers did not mention the issue and wants us to spend hefty amount. Would anyone spend 8-9k on an ac purchased just for 2yrs, how bad is this service.
