I bought an LG AC Q12YNZA 1 ton from Amazon.com.For the installation I wanted a trusted person whom I choose as there were lot of complaints by fellow customers saying that installation was not done properly. The guy from this service centre(named Jobin Jo) called and told that only LG authorized staff can isntall the AC else the warranty will be void. He was asking 2000 rs for a 1 ton AC inverter which s available for 1400 rs in market. Also hw was very rude to me and and said he will report it to the head office and make my warranty void, He also disconnected the call in between. I now am returning the LG Ac due to extremely pathetic customer service.
