I bought the lg direct drive washing machine model f8068ldp a 3 years back and within the first year it showed problems with the door.and now its play button is not working.
We called the service center and they sent an’idiot’ who said the parts should be bought from Noida! I’m in Kerala and this is the 2nd week we are waiting for the repair with no washing being done! Pathetic lg pathetic people. Do not be fooled by the 10 year warranty on the machine.it does not include anything but the motor for the warranty.
