We recently bought the LG T72CMG22P top loading washing machine. There were innumerable options, but we bought this one basically because of its compact nature. Its dimensions are fab: 540x540x840. This model is available in two different colors Marine Blue and Grey. Since the color of my bathroom is blue we picked the former.
The machine is damn cool with turbo drum technology that takes utmost care of our clothes, avoids lints, and prevents them from tangling. The sales guy had told us that we could even wash the whites as well as delicate clothes that have sequins. I wasn’t quite convinced, so I tried washing my wired and shimmery clothes, and to my surprise there was no tearing or harm to them. This has easened my life so much, because I no longer have to pile up the delicate clothes and wash them on weekends with the hands.
It usually claims a 6kg capacity, but I tried about 6.4 kgs and there was no problem at all. Like others, this too has a 3-step washing process. The price is pretty affordable. I bought it on an 8-months EMI from Croma.
