Look and Feel:
here’s where people fall victim to it, its look are very attrctive, but lacks many features
Touch screen:
the screen is touch sensitive and soon develops dents on screen, as the UI is not sharp in responding and you end up in hitting/pressing the screen hardly, the style is cpable enough to scratch the screen and give a look as if it were a dogs toy
scrolling is not easy, u need to keep switching between fingures/styles, /job wheel
while scrolling the web pages mostly user end up on hitting the links which starts loading,
Features
copy/paste functionality available only during sms’ing, cannot paste number’s or extra text while adding to contacts
scrolling while writing length SMS is a pain especially using keyboard
cannot send SMS to more than 10 at a time
no built in call recording feature available
no conferencing supported(u can call another person diring call which will put the previous call on hold)
no flash available while recording in night mode, so u’ll end up recording darkness
no high resolution support while recording in 120 FPS
no sound recorded while recording in 120 FPS
and ironically LG viewty is being promoted a good camera fone
cannot playback fully to 30 FPS speed for VDO recorded with 120FPS
most silly thing:it does not have backspace/delete function in touch screen pad
need to hit the delete/backspace button at the base of fone,
Placing cursor at a desired location needs patience while writing length SMS’s
cannot place the phone erect to watch the video, as the base is not flat
if earphone/charger/usb is plugged in then cannot place the phone in landscape mode
No graphic equlizers supported
All in one jack hole:
you can either listen to music or you can charge the phone or u can connect to PC
listening to music using earphones for a long time will dischaarge the cell
so now u need to stop listen using ear phone n leave it for charging
once connected to PC, dump the phone, its of no use as it simply does not allow to do any thing
if any applications are open then it cannot even connect to PC
I guess the PC sync Utility is an amature freelancer’s free supplied tool,
donno if it ever worked for any one
hungry batery
I swear it does not support talk time as calimed by LG Viewty Manual
Manual is not exhaustive
no builting user manual for all available features and its usage
Removing Sim Card is a good way for time pass
for changing memory card, need to shut down the cell, revove the battery then remove the memory card
above all the mentioned points the good features loose their importance
it has good look
camera is good
front camera is much better than other fones provide
browser is good
light wieght
