I am using this product for quite a while now. I got this because of the brand LG and it was affordable. I was confused between Whirlpool and LG, now I think I made a wrong choice.
My clothes get entangled and tide up and I have a tough time opening them.
The worst part is that it is very noisy and it vibrates as if there is a heavy earthquake has struck. When the machine is on, no can hear the TV, music system or the phone. It is even difficult to have a conversation with any one.
I did made a request in the customer care but they were of less help also their service was slow.
These machines should make our life easy and not become a pain.
I recommend you guys to go in for a noise check before buying a washing machine; and a fully automatic one will make your life easy. Therefore don’t go for LG washing machine WD1275 and WP 19.
