We have bought this around 6 years ago, its been doing a great job till then and only drawback is cleaning the tumbler and its takes hours n hours to clean it, great machine washes the clothes perfectly and consumes less electricity and user friendly mechanism which helps us to use it very easily, coming to service it has been the good service and I hardly used the service couple of times and it has been great, some sort of powder has been given with the machine to clean the machine and its works fabulously, finally I recommend it to everyone, and its a top load.
