I purchased an LG Washing Machine and within a period of three months only, it has started giving problems. Every time on usage, it pills my clothes(making uncomfortable to wear), pulls at thread(ruined a brand new comforter) and makes holes.I called the customer care of LG and they sent someone out who couldn’t find a problem. However, problem continues to result. I called LG back and they are refusing to send anyone saying that the machine is fine. If it was fine, I would not be losing money in ruined clothes.This is how they treat their customers and I will never buy an LG product again. I will make sure to voice this opinion to everyone I know.
