Bought the lg washing machine which is a horrible product. Called the service guy to sort out the terrible vibration while in use . The first service spent 10 minutes selling lg stands and accessories. He said he has fixed it later after two days the issue was noticed again. The complained was raised again , the service guy landed after 5 days and started selling the product like powder etc .This time I obliged thinking he will fix the issue but the issue remained the same. Surprisingly he sold TV stand of Sony TV which is in competition with LG . I don’t know why LG recruits such useless service engineers. I recommend don’t buy LG products until they streamline the staff.
