Worst Customer/Engineer Service Team

Post registration of the complaint within 48hours duration Service Team call should be scheduled, however no call was made. MAHAK, AYUSHI, JYOTI were three representatives (Through chat process)who didn’t bother to take care of issue closely when it was highly required, just by mentioning that the Issue is escalated doesn’t fix the problem, Bringing Service Team into picture is more important.


Called up call center more than twice to speak with someone , they hung up on me. Last Representative Shabaz Khan (From Maharashtra) was one guy who took his Job seriously and stood by on his word, he is the only employee in entire chaos took the responsibility.


Rest of the representatives to whom i spoke with are just laid back and are not taking their job seriously.


Just by raising the tickets will not fix the problem one has to follow up those tickets.
