Bought LG water purifier in 2019 due to its brand, stainless steel tank and filters are from Japan tech. But regretted multiple times in these 4 years due to their pathetic service especially Hosur - Tamil Nadu. I used to put AMC every year and for a simple filter change they won’t change and need to follow-up for several days. Once the water was not getting filled and no technician able to solve saying this and that. After escalating they finally replaced motor. Even now guy cane and changed external filter, then next day outlet drain not worked and then after fixing it tank not getting filled and then after fixing that now TDS went to 200. Technician tried to put 2021 manufactured RO filter without any seal and when I objected he went on angry and still not fixed. Its been 10 days and no response from LG and everyday they are saying waiting for parts. NEVER EVER BUY LG WATER PURIFIER. Go for other brands even if they cost you more.
