I had a bad experience with LG in thoraipakkam Chennai.
I took LG water purifier and it got faulty withing 2 year it got faulty. I took amc around 6500 Rs. Technician pushed me to take Amc and he said it will cover all the components.
Filter got faulty and engineer denied to replace the filter. We have kids and elders in our family. Technician is very arrogant and he will only use whatsappp chat. He understood we will record the call. after AMC they will tell extended warranty. Never ever buy LG water purifier .worst support and great fraud
