I have purchased this product in 2016. Beyond any doubt, this is a very good product I had so far.
After the warranty period, I took an AMC for one year. At the end of the first year AMC, I renewed it for two more years.
Unfortunately, the service support which was good until the first year of AMC - is totally BAD now.
I am not able to book calls through their toll-free number.
My calls to local service heads are not being picked up.
My repair bookings through their dedicated web-page are not properly attended.
If LG can improve its service, I can certainly recommend this product.
