I wish to inform about the atrocious service of LG. I had bought an LG water purifier for 29k. The shop **LG Shoppe** in outer ring road**Anjaneya Enterprises** committed that the LG engineer will come and install it within 24 hrs. Then my problems started. No one came. Called LG customer service they raised a ticket and gave me the number of the LG guy who is supposed to come.
He never picked the phone. No one came. I called LG again and they went on repeating the same thing over and over again. It was a horrible experience and after 7 days of multiple calls, I finally gave up and returned the purifier. I wonder why LG advertises their customer service. It is one of the worst that I have come across!
I sincerely advice not to buy LG water purifier!
