Bought this LG water purifier an year ago at Pollachi. But moved to Coimbatore.
Sine then, I am having hard time in getting this serviced.
Service is extremely poor.
The purifier looks good. Direct import from Korea. Product is of high quality, but service after purchase, is pathetic.
Guys at Coimbatore LG service are extremely rude, right from regional manager down to tech.
Wasted nearly Rs.30, 000.
Never ever buy this failed product.
Always go with most popular like "Aqua Guard".
