LG WAW73JR2RP Water Purifier

LG water purifier is worst in performance.

I purchased water purifier in May 2016, it stopped working on 7th Nov.16.


Now LG asking for money to repair.


LG water purifier cannot work even six month. Ironically LG engineer had visited in Oct 2016 itself for the regular cleaning and mentioned that everything is good.


My simple request to LG is that if they can repair my purifier they will be losing may be a very little money and they can win the customer’s trust on their product.


For me at the time now I have no confidence to pay huge money for the repair as there is no surety if it will work properly because the engineer visited told us that even if stopped working again within one month may be repair required and payment will be needed.


The most ironically my purifier is imported one from Korea, so I feel that LG is dumping the defected water purifier from Korea to India. If this is the case could anyone guide how to approach the government authorities those are looking for these kind of home appliances quality measures.


Service: it start from the customer care where staff simply mentioned that their hand is tied as no senior person handle the complaint though they keep customer on hold for some time and simply mention that within two hours some senior will call. Since last two days I am waiting when I made call today also same story repeated.

Service: worst no one attend the complaint.


I feel that SARGAM Electronic not fair with their customer’s as they are recommend the product which is not good.


SARGAM ELECTRIC NOT FAIR WITH CUSTOMERS BECAUSE IF RESPONSBILE THEY WILL NOT RECOMMEND LG PRODUCTS.
