This review is for LG WD-15180TP washing machine that I had purchased during April 2007 in Hyderabad. It stopped working in just 6 months!. I had called their so called 24x7 call center and created service requests 3 times so far. Everytime great inexperienced LG technicians(they look like freshers, just out of college) came to my home(after calling them atleast 3 to 4 times) and couldn’t fix the problem. Finally they figured out that drain motor is not working and they don’t have stock of it despite my washing machine is current model.They are not giving any ETA also.
LG Service sucks. No proper coordination between their call centers and service centers. I am an NRI, returned from US. After seeing full length news paper ads about their great customer service, I had purchased it. Now I am regretting about my purchase decision.
One more pathetic issue with LG service center folks is they don’t tell you when they are coming to home to repair the appliance. Suddenly they come to your home and they expect you to be at home all the time.
