They are very wiling to sell you their products but after a year when you require service or any fault resolution they’ll treat you like dogs.
No one will log your complaint and if they do it, your item will be gone for days without any trace.
I am from Noida and my AC was giving problems. Firstly I had to call service centre for 6 times on Saturday to bring an engineer to my house.
He told me that they need to take AC along. Since these days there are vey heavy winds I decided to wait for another week to send the AC but Ms Poonam from LG dealership in Noida promised to get this delivered on Sunday afternoon.
When we called up on Sunday at 10:30 we were told that it would be delivered in an hour. At around 2 we called up again and were informed that the office is closed now. We again called Ms Poonam and she preferred not to pick up the phone.
But nothing happened, now my room is in mess due to all rain water, I have a sprained arm while trying to protect the TV from falling due to the cyclonic winds and we haven’t been able to sleep since last two nights.
I would like to black list LG from my and my friends home so that no one suffers because of their negligence.
