I have been using this washing machine over 9 months.Before ordering this product I was going through the customer review given for this product in different website, many customer complaint regarding the noise coming from this machine, Till now not faced any problem, I also afraid after ordering and surprised when I got the similar sound from machine, then investigate and found actually this sound was coming from the plastic rat protector designed for this system. Most of the technicians(Non LG) are not aware with the correct configuration. If you are getting sound remove the plastic rat protector from the machine and then check for the noise, I am happy with the machine performance.
