LH WP-9033 is second LG product that I gifted my mom this summer. Previous product was a LG split air conditioner. Earlier she was skeptical about if a washing machine as match the quality of hand washing. After looking at the results she was pleasantly surprised. When sometime I ask her how is her machine going she says pretty pretty good. This machine is really good and also a power saver too. It is one of lowest electricity consuming machine in 6kg category.
We use surf excel plus with this machine and it all works great.
I would recommand this machine to you. It costs arround 7800-8000 Rs.
About service. In first two days we did not knew how to use water flow in dryer tub. After trying we could not figure that out. I asked mom to call the dealer. She called and service staff from dealer came to our home. They gave detailed instructions to my mom and now she is expert at using it.
