I bought a pair of sandals for my daughter at Rs. 749/- from Liberty shoes JP Nagar 7th phase, Bangalore(close to Big Bazaar). Within one day the strap tore and came off rendering it useless. The stitching also started coming out(see photo for example of both marked with a red circle)
We took it to the Liberty shop and asked for a replacement. The arrogant owner asked for the receipt and stamped "No exchange, No replacement" on it after we gave the complaint.
Don’t buy Liberty chappals/shoes/sandals or any other stuff from Liberty even if it is offered free. This is a Kachra quality stuff fit only for the dustbin.Go for a branded one like Reebok, Adidas, Nike even if it costs more. It will last much longer.
